Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and menu planning. You will work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of food production, including preparation, cooking, and presentation - Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences - Ensure consistent quality and taste of all dishes - Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency - Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes and menu items - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Manage banquet events, ensuring timely delivery of meals and exceptional service Skills: - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry - Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends - Excellent menu planning skills, with the ability to create innovative and appealing dishes - Proficient in inventory control and cost management - Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
